More than access. Influence.

We don’t sell a logo on a website. We get to know the product, test the proposition, introduce you properly to the community, create content together, and keep you in the conversation where recruitment founders actually spend their time — the groups, every day.

01See the community

Real questions. Real answers.

Not a membership database. Recruitment leaders asking each other real questions in the WhatsApp groups, getting real answers, and changing what they buy because of them. Names blurred for privacy.

We're 34 heads and finally replacing our ATS. Who's actually moved recently? Want the bad bits as well as the good. 10:42

We switched in February. Migration was two weeks of pain, then fine. Sourcing is the bit that actually changed how the team works. 10:44

Two things live, one we killed. Happy to talk through all three Thursday. 16:15

The one you killed is the more useful story tbh 😅 16:19

02See what the market says

WhatsApp proves the community is active. LinkedIn proves the trust.

Our partners aren’t companies that bought a logo slot — they’re solutions with standing in the recruitment market, talked about unprompted by the people who use them. Illustrative posts below.

Six months ago I swore I'd never sit through another ATS demo.

Then three separate people in a RecWired group said the same name in the same week, unprompted, with reasons. So I took the call.

Consultant admin time is down roughly a third, and for the first time my managers can see where the desk is actually leaking.

Sydney last night. Fourteen recruitment founders in a room, no stage, no pitch deck, no lanyards.

The partner team spent the evening being asked hard questions by people who run desks for a living, and answered every one straight. That's worth more than a year of paid ads aimed at us.

Vendor selection at our size is slow, political and mostly joyless.

What shortened it this time: the product had already been used by people I trust, in businesses like mine, and they'd told me exactly where it breaks.

Unpopular opinion: most recruitment tech gets bought on a demo and regretted in month four.

The exception is when someone credible has already run it on a live desk and will say the unflattering parts out loud.

03What we actually do

How a partnership actually happens

Most sponsorship starts with an invoice. Ours starts with a conversation — and keeps moving after the launch.

01 First contact

Meet

We meet the team behind the product — a conversation about what they've built and who it's actually for.

02 Live desk

Tested

We put the product into a real recruitment environment and use it properly. Not a sandbox, not a demo — a working desk with real data and real deadlines.

03 Commercial review

Validated

We answer the only question that matters before we introduce anything to members: is there genuine value here for the community?

04 RecWired community

Launched

We build the positioning, brief the groups and launch properly into the community — introduced by people members already trust, not advertised at them.

05 Every day, online

In the conversation

The work is continuous and online — partners are present in the groups, in the content and in the recommendations members make to each other, week in week out. We also run occasional in-person events, but the community lives online.

This is what we mean by partner.

We don’t sell you a logo on a website. We get to know the product, test the proposition, introduce you properly to the community, create content together, and keep you present in the conversations recruitment founders are having every day.

04Breadth of influence

From 30 heads to 1,000. One community.

RecWired sits inside the conversations shaping how recruitment businesses buy, build and grow. A partner working with us isn’t reaching one narrow segment of the market.

30
heads
Founder still billing. Buys on trust and speed.
50
heads
First ops hire. Systems suddenly matter.
100
heads
Board reporting starts. Data becomes a boardroom problem.
250
heads
Multi-office. Procurement enters the room.
500
heads
Group structures. Integration and security lead the decision.
1,000
heads
Multi-year, multi-stakeholder, board-level buying.
05The proposition

What you’re actually buying

Six things that compound. The last one is the only one that shows up in your pipeline.

Conversation

Active groups

WhatsApp communities where recruitment leaders exchange ideas and recommendations every day.

Trust

Real recommendations

Social proof from founders and operators who have used the product and will say the unflattering parts.

Validation

We test it first

We understand and use the products we put in front of the community. If it doesn't hold up, it doesn't launch.

Content

Your story, told properly

Podcast, LinkedIn, video and founder-led content built with you, not written from a press release.

Presence

There all year

Active in the groups and the content the whole year round, with occasional in-person events on top.

Influence

Part of the decision

Inside the conversations that shape technology and supplier choices across businesses from 30 to 1,000 heads.

Outcome

Commercial opportunity

Credibility, distribution and relationships across the recruitment market — not impressions.
